Position Overview: 

The Devices Manager position is a full-time role located in RTP, NC.  This individual will be a driving force in helping us grow our company and ensure successful implementations with our clients. Responsibilities will be broad and dynamic and include overseeing all aspects of TruLab devices, including setup, quality control, shipping, inventory management and troubleshooting, for both domestic and international clients. This includes deployment of TruLab-provided client devices and management of BYOD user access. This individual will work closely with the TruLab IT/systems and product teams, and may have additional IT and product-related responsibilities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive device deployment for TruLab clients, domestic and international 
  • Oversee all aspects of devices, including setup, quality control, and shipment
  • Manage and track device inventory, including forecasting of device needs
  • Work closely with TruLab clients as needed to troubleshoot issues and provide technical support 
  • Manage access to system, including for BYOD client users 
  • Perform other IT or product-related tasks as needed
