Position Overview:
The Customer Success Manager is a full-time role located in Durham, NC. This person will be in charge of developing and maintaining excellent relationships with companies that use TruLab. Primary responsibilities will include direct follow-up with customers to ensure that they are happy with the product, as well as ingesting customers’ feedback and reporting it to the TruLab team. These efforts will be critical to the success of TruLab and to delivering on TruLab’s promise of providing an excellent customer service experience for all clients.
We are looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and unstructured environment. Ideal candidates have a passion for service to clients, the ability to learn quickly and execute with excellence, and possess excellent organization and communication skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Interact regularly with TruLab customers and ensure they are satisfied with the services being provided
- Build and maintain relationships with TruLab customers
- Lead customers through all phases of the implementation journey
- Develop an extensive knowledge of the TruLab system in order to assist customers that may have concerns
- Identify risk within the customer journey and identify blockers to customer success
- Report directly to the TruLab leadership team and relay feedback from customers
